Parts Replacement and Repair Warranty
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within three months of receipt (subject to the conditions below), customers are entitled to a 3-month parts replacement and repair warranty. This warranty covers parts replacement and repair but does not apply to certain products. Customers are required to bring the product to the store for inspection, and repairs or replacements will follow the guidelines set by the brand or distributor.
Conditions for Warranty Service
- The product must be in its original packaging with no damage or scratches.
- The serial number (if applicable) must match the information on the invoice.
- If the same product is out of stock, customers may exchange it for another product of equal value.
- Customers must present a valid invoice, receipt, and an unfilled warranty card when requesting service.
- If the brand or distributor confirms quality issues after inspection, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Customers may need to visit our service center for product testing.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, improper use, or negligence.
- Accessories included with the product.
- Products without valid invoices, receipts, or unfilled warranty cards.
- Registered software products, devices with scratches or damage, registered products, or rooted devices.
Note: This warranty does not apply to products sold by merchants.
Delivery Policy
Please refer to our delivery policy document for detailed delivery procedures. We will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. We aim to deliver within the specified date in the order confirmation; if no date is specified, delivery will occur within 7 days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by that date. Under normal circumstances, all orders will be delivered within 30 days of receiving payment and order confirmation.
Return and Refund Policy
- All products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No price adjustments will be made after purchase, even if product prices change.
- If customers overpay due to bank transfers, the excess amount will be credited to their account as points for future purchases.
- If a refund is required due to administrative errors, a $50 administrative fee will be charged.
- Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be canceled unless there is a delivery delay caused by the manufacturer. In such cases, customers may request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Bank Transfer: Approximately 5 business days.
- Credit Card: Processing takes 14 business days, with the refund appearing in the account within 2-4 weeks, depending on the issuing bank.
- Octopus Card: Refunds will be issued as points only, taking approximately 14 business days.
- During peak seasons or major promotional events, processing times may be longer.
- Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately. Any issues must be reported via email with photo evidence within 48 hours; otherwise, no claims will be accepted.
